I've followed Integrative medicine for over a decade. I have total confidence that Type 2 diabetes can be managed/cured via natural supplements and behaviour modifications. Pharma-trained (ie conventionally trained) MDs can't wrap their heads around health without lifelong pharma. They need to learn from US (you and I), but their education imparts arrogance and removes humility, so it's impossible (unless your MD is one in a thousand).

Great YouTube channel that can help, Low Carb Down Under. I started off the pandemic with a type II diagnoses. Had to stop the drugs after two weeks cause the blood sugar levels were under control. The Beat Diabetes channel does a very good job of showing which foods do what to your blood sugar levels; eating then showing results. The best answer I heard was not from medicine, but a kid when told of blood sugar problems. Then stop eating sugar was the response. Knowing carbs = sugar is almost all you need to know to beat this with that kids nugget of wisdom.
