I prefer the idea of health hacks that also happen to be exercise, rather than exercise for its own sake. There is less chance of injury this way.

I'm posting on this article even though my post isn't about exercise. I've been reading about a low methionine diet to stop cancer, and it seems like it might be useful info for you. I have a feeling that combining a whole foods, low-lecting, low methionine diet might be very effective in healing with cancer. A nice feature is that I don't think it would be expensive: lots of lentils, nuts, lectin free veggies, grains and fruits.
