Quick Fix for Peripheral Neuropathy
This is part of my personal routine to recover from covid/5G injury.
Bounce the basket ball for neuropathy
There are lots of different manifestations of nerve damage throughout the body and this is for peripheral neuropathy, in its many forms.
I have been using the basketball bounce exercise to relieve peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet. As Jimmy Yen tells us, nerve regrowth is very slow, so you can’t expect fast results, but I do get fast results in terms of discomfort. From the first time I did this exercise, the numbness reduced and I quickly reached the point where I did not notice the numbness during the day. I can find it if I go looking for it, but it does not intrude. Nigh time was worse than daytime and I had to keep my feet outside the bedclothes at night, as I could not bear anything touching them. Now I barely notice it and can happily sleep with a layer or two over my feet.
Bounce the basket ball to increase body Qi
Another benefit, that will be noticed by anyone who has studied Qi Gong, is the very rapid energy release and build up. This is Qi Gong on steroids. It feels like pumping energy from the earth, via the hands and throughout the body, pushing resistance out of the way as it goes. It’s not subtle, and I am not sure how anyone without experience of Qi Gong would experience it, but it is a great energy “cleanse” for me.
Bounce the basket ball to straighten the spine
This blast of Qi seems to open my spine out almost instantly, I instinctively push my shoulders back and my shoulder blades together as I feel the energy prickle its way up my back. My spine lets go and straightens. It is a great feeling.
Jimmy Yen on-line
Unfortunately Jimmy Yen is all over the place with his web presence and it can be hard to find his resources again. Remember to bookmark anything you want to refer to again. You will thank yourself.
Alone out of all the health resources I have discovered on the web, I would be booking an appointment with Jimmy Yen as fast as I could if I lived anywhere close. I love his Qi Gong on steroids approach.
Facebook channel
You will find a whole array of Jimmy Yen’s shorts here on Facebook.
YouTube channel
He also has a YouTube Channel which I can never find again once I lose it. I will put it here, and I wish I knew how to embed it rather than just link to it.
Have you tried Adenosylcobalamin for the neuropathy?
Thank you for introducing him to me.
