Experiment with nicotine round 2. I stopped taking the nicotine patches and increased my dose of velvet bean for a few days to feel the difference. My legs feel easier with the velvet bean, but are weaker and wobblier, so back onto the nicotine patch for another 6 days.

Round 2 Day 1 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh. No noticeable difference, good or bad. The patches don't stay on in very humid weather and have to be stuck on with medical dressing tape.

Round 2 Day 2 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh. Maybe nicotine is somewhat strengthening, but again this test is not going to be valid because it is confused with getting a diagnosis of cancer yesterday. I am going to keep using the patches because, if nothing else, I am being heavily exposed to vaccinated medical personnel and who knows if the nicotine will help.

DAY 1 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh.

I had no allergy reactions or any noticeable skin or digestive reactions to the patch. That pleased me. However, I have been unbearably sleepy, with sleep trying to drag me under most of the time I am awake. I don't know if it is related to the nicotine or not, given that nicotine is a stimulant and encourages the production of cortisol. My blood sugar is a little high but no higher than normal, and is stable, no noticeable swings that I have detected.

DAY 2 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh.

Still no noticeable reactions except this sleepiness, which if anything is getting worse. I have set aside the time to write this while I force myself to stay awake. Sleepiness is classified as a rare side effect of the patch. I will leave the patch in place as it isn't going to do me any harm to sleep more. Night night (at 4 in the afternoon). ;-) Lowest blood sugar reading in a few weeks (still a little high).

DAY 3 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh (where it keeps falling off and has to be stuck back on with adhesive dressing).

No change in full range of long covid and FMS symptoms. Also no additional symptoms. Blood sugar still stable withing its normal slightly high readings. So nothing to report. My main fear of nicotine pushing up blood sugar does not seem to be eventuating. If anything I feel calmer and more grounded.

DAY 4 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh

No change in full range of long covid and FMS symptoms.. Sometimes worse, sometimes better, which is normal variability for both FMS and long covid. Blood sugar within my normal range.

DAY 5 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh

No change in full range of long covid and FMS symptoms.. Blood sugar within my normal range.

DAY 6 of 7mg nicotine patch worn on thigh

No change in full range of long covid and FMS symptoms.. Blood sugar within my normal range. I had a procedure today to excise what looks like quite a large and fast growing skin cancer (my first ever cancer) which may have been distracting my body from other healing efforts, so I will take 2 days off from the patches to check for addiction, then continue this trial for another 6 days. At least I have worked out that there seem to be no harmful side effects - so long as there is no addiction issue. Even more, I am sure the nicotine REDUCES my cortisol production, which for me is a very good thing. I had also stopped taking a few of my regular herbals that are notorious blood thinners knowing the doctor was going top have to cut deep so bleeding might be a problem, thus messing up my normal support for my body to heal what ails it. It's all gotten toooo complicated - too many issues to deal with simultaneously, and too little high level guidance and support out there. According to the nurse, my bleeding looked "very healthy" and "about right" - so that's good to know.

DAY 7 no nicotine patch. Collapse after medical procedure down to my lowest level of "normal" Spent all day on sofa unable to do anything. Still taking low dose of velvet bean. No sign of any withdrawal symptoms from nicotine. Blood sugar pleasingly in my low range.

DAY 8 no nicotine patch. Morning still at my lowest level of "normal" . Had wound dressed to be told that it was very clean and healing surprisingly well - but we still don't know if they removed all of the cancer. Spent most of my day on sofa unable to do anything, until late afternoon, when I "perked up" and my legs were "normal" enough for me to go for a short walk, not in pain but very weak (these sort of fluctuations are normal and usually inexplicable). Still taking low dose of velvet bean. No sign of any withdrawal symptoms from nicotine. Blood sugar pleasingly in my low range.

Christine, thank you for looking into the Dr Ardis treatments. I have tried his nicotine patch regime, (the one with Hydrogen Peroxide and Apple Pectin powder) but I have to say his protocol seems to be in continuous development. I posted on this elsewhere:

but I don't even think I have the most recent information there. Most frustrating!

Hi Christine! I am so curious to see how this turns out for you and so hope it helps you!

I have watched 4 videos with Dr. Ardis in the last 2 weeks and truly believe this is the truth. I watched The Antidote (twice actually), Watch The Water 1 and 2, and Covenom. All are excellent.

He has all the proof there and it’s indisputable in my opinion. I looked up the one article he mentioned and literally sitting there on the NIH website is this:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31967321/

When you click on Figure 3, it clearly shows the codon usage bias (the origin) for covid is the krait snake and the cobra. Unbelievable!!!

In Watch The Water 2 Dr. Ardis mentions some big-name public figures who are presented to us as seeking the truth and yet none of the 4 will give his research the time of day (even though it is incredibly thorough and the facts are all there) and have even excused themselves from events he’s been a part of. Also Dr. Ardis’s life has been threatened. To me, both of these things are signals that he is on to the whole truth of it all. I am hesitant to quickly believe anyone these days, but I really believe Dr. Ardis is bravely speaking the truth and trying to help people.

I’ve been telling my friends about it and my one friend has long-covid with exhaustion and a loss of mental acuity. It’s been a year and a half of difficulty and frustration for him. He started chewing the 2mg gum a week ago and when I saw him today, he was so happy and said he has had a marked improvement! He said his mental sharpness is coming back and he feels so much better. I took him the patches today to try the regimen of a 7mg patch once a day for 6 days and I pray this gets him to 100%! His wife was teary-eyed and said she noticed the last few days that he was so much sharper and said “It’s working!” I keep asking myself “Can it really be this easy??!!” For people to overcome ALL this suffering with long covid? I think the answer to that very well may be yes.🙏🏻

I personally don’t have any remaining covid issues but I bought the gum just in case I have any venom left in me, and also for prevention/protection from shedding. An important note for anyone who tries the gum: you cannot chew nicotine gum like regular gum!! When it hits the stomach, you get nauseous and light-headed and I also got the hiccups within a few minutes. THEN I looked it up and found you chew it up some, then “park it” between your teeth and gums to let it absorb through your gums. When the tingling goes away, chew it up some more, then park it again, and keep doing that. Take it from me - do not chew and swallow the whole time lol!!

I also found on the NIH website an article Dr. Ardis mentions regarding nicotine not being addictive on its own. It’s the pyrazine chemicals that is added which makes them addictive.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26063608/

I have one other person who is trying the nicotine to get his taste and smell back and another I’m hoping will try it for both tinnitus and loss of cognition after covid. (the 2nd is concerned with the nicotine because he’s an ex-smoker)

I’m going to tell everyone I know about it who has any remaining issues, especially now that my one friend has seen such great results.

I wish you the best with it and hope you get some major improvement!🙏🏻 I’m so glad I came upon your post right when I was looking into this also!

One more comment on chewing the nicotine gum in case anyone tries it. Even chewing it the proper way with chewing then “parking it” between your gums and teeth, when I do the initial and additional chews to get it activated/tingly again, I find it best to spit and let as little as possible get to my stomach because I still feel light-headed when swallowing it.

We have a similar problem with 5G. Noneof them will investigate whether or not 5G amplifies other issues, as I believe it does. I don't think nicotine alone will save us. We have to get rid of all the alien metals in our bodies as well, and stop 5G and other energy toxins from impacting on our nervous systems making them worse.

I agree with that. Nicotine is going to be critical in helping with the long-term effects and physical illness, but the problem is even greater with the nanotechnology and even moreso with the mRNA technology changing people's God-given DNA. This is huge and I believe the main goal of the very evil plan.

Have you seen this video which just came out?

https://stewpeters.com/video/2023/05/live-8-pm-et-final-days-worldwide-premiere/

Right after the 24 minute mark, Karen Kingston talks about the Pfizer patents, the nanotechnology and the graphene oxide, and how the lipid nanoparticles are literally electromagnetic devices. It's right there in the documentation that the lipid nanoparticle is not not a medical therapy, but rather a device! .At 43:09 and 51:45 in the video, it shows some very telling tests done by physicians in Mexico and they demonstrate (at 51:45) how a cellphone with a Bluetooth application picks up Bluetooth codes when near vaccinated people, even on deceased people people in a cemetery. That is so scary.

I saw some comments here on urine therapy, and I saw a video a while back where Dr. Lee Merritt talks about how urine therapy could be a way to detox from what's in the vaccine.

Now that is critical information. Every website I looked up insisted nicotine is the most addictive drug known to man, and also highly carcinogenic, then changed the terminology to tobacco and talked about tobacco for the rest of the article. None actually showed that nicotine is addictive or carcinogenic. For those who are interested, here is your link again, thankyou.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26063608/

Even this is talking about tobacco addiction, not specifically nicotine addiction. "A study of pyrazines in cigarettes and how additives might be used to enhance tobacco addiction "

I guess I will know when I stop using the patches after the 6 days.

Sure thing!

Dr. Ardis said he and his wife do the nicotine everyday day for prevention and that sometimes they travel and forget the gum and patches and they don’t think about it once while away, that it’s been zero addictive for them.

His wife does the gum and he buys the 14mg patches and cuts them into 6 (or maybe 7) pieces to give himself a dose of 2-3 mg per day.

I just re-watched The Antidote video this past week and took very specific notes so I could reference the info when I need it. At 1:21:40 in there is where he talks about how nicotine is not addictive. He references a Harvard study where Harvard discovered that nicotine alone is not addictive. I found this on that but haven’t listened to it yet:

https://www.audacy.com/podcast/guber-mente-2023-10b00/episodes/wrht-harvard-study-from-2016-nicotine-not-addictive-only-when-altered-4f360

The deception that has been done to this world has been schemed by the devil and carried out in a long game over decades and centuries and is just diabolical. The lie about nicotine is part of that evil plan. Listen to that part of the video and you’ll be floored. It’s so bad that multiple countries announced (last year I believe) that they will be tobacco free by 2030, so they are trying to take away the antidote from people.

Also, Dr. Ardis talks about how nicotine is found in vegetables and none of us are addicted to vegetables! It’s in eggplants, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, white potatoes, cauliflower, celery….. I had no idea it was found in nature. We need nicotine!

Here’s the video:

https://thedrardisshow.com/the-antidote

Start at 1:21:40 and go up to 1:36:00.

(But that next part after 1:36:00 is also very interesting if you want to keep watching because he talks about how the next “pandemic” will be the “marburg virus”, but guess what - the venom of the boom sling snake creates the very same effects as the marburg virus - bleeding out of eyes, nose etc. So we’re looking at more snake venom.)

(At 2:09:40 is where he talks about the “tobacco free” announcement by multiple countries.)

This is a good article explaining the good and bad of nicotine and tobacco. There does seem to be a potential risk of increasing blood sugar, although even that information is unclear, as the articles on it switch between the words nicotine and tobacco, as if the two always go together. I will check my blood sugar very carefully to ensure the nicotine patch is not spiking my blood sugar. It also potentially raises pulse rate and blood pressure. And of course, there is the risk of addiction for ex smokers.

I bought the patches today but as I’m only off cigarettes about 3 months, after my own internal 3 year war against them, I’m too scared to use them ... My daughter needs them as she decided to 2xjab and now has stomach issues. I’ll have to persuade her though as she can’t even tolerate the mention of the jab without exploding. And I avoid talking about it because my connection with her is worth more ... That aside, I’m very keen to here how you find the patches. I bought the velvet beans.

I am on day 1 of 6. If my blood sugar does not go up too much I will take the 6 days and then let you know if I am struggling to get off them again. I didn't know you were a smoker. 7mg is a comparatively low dose, so here's hoping. The Velvet Bean will give you a lift in the meanwhile and maybe it is enough to detox the venom. Isn't the service at Herbosophy outstanding! All the way from WA and gets here faster than any other mail order product.

I note that the other therapy he mentions apart from nicotine and urine therapy (which seriously, I have had people bullying me about for years but I just can't face it), is stem cells. I looked up how to help our bodies manufacture our own stem cells and its all the same "healthy living" stuff, nothing specific. But did you know there are two forms of apple that contain stem cells in their cores, one grown only in Switzerland and used for very expensive cosmetics, and... FUJI applies? The stem cells are the reason that Fuji apples only have a storage life of 6 months before they start rotting out from the inside. And note that my Coles and my Woolworths, and my Aldi, are no longer selling Fuji apples. So if you grow one apple tree, make it a Fuji, but note that you have to find a way to eat the cores. I used to blend or juice them.

For those who are looking for different more natural sources of nicotine, this is the best I have found so far.

"Nicotine is the addictive phytochemical in tobacco, which is derived from plants in the Nicotiana species of the Solanaceae family. Other species in this family include Capsicum and Solanum, whose edible fruits and tubers include peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and eggplants. All contain nicotine."

I don't think anyone is suggesting smoking as a healthy way of getting nicotine. There seems to be general agreement that smoking IS a health hazard, even if it is not nicotine that is responsible for that. Our real question is how to get a form of nicotine that is not a product of big pharma. The herb mucuna puriens also contains some nicotine, but I have no idea how much in comparison to tobacco, and it can be consumed without smoking and chewing.

Depending on the cigar smoker, most usually do not inhale - unless they have lungs of iron. Much of the nicotine would be through the tobacco coming in contact with the oral mucosa. I take your point though. I would like to experiment with it, to see just how well the receptor blocking theory does.
