I'm a pineal-gland believer. And energy ("chakra") system believer. I've got a few favourite 'energy' guides who I follow online, and I learn from them. The 'spiritual' community is peopled by a lot of fantastic people now. It's turned out to be 'the best of times and worst of times' (apologies to Charles Dickens), hasn't it?
It certainly has. My personal rate of learning has always been high, but has gone over the edge recently. There is so much to keep up with that I can only skim a lot of it. I simply keep reactively following the next lead. A lot of this is purely selfish - knowledge I need for my own survival, but much of it also has general relevance for many of us. Currently one "skim" area is how best to use Substack. I am wondering if it might be a replacement for Facebook but time will tell. Still very early days for me.

Very interesting you bring this up! I always avoided FB like the Black Plague, but I was on Twitter, and then Instagram (FB owned!). And I've got a fair amount of 'alt'-social media experience at this point.
Substack seems like an interesting hybrid so far. Just saw a safe-space millennial bemoaning a lack of censorship; but also every other perspective. The beginning of this Rumble video from Steve Kirsch (who is here) is very interesting for the beginning part, where Kirsch and Alex Berenson touch on Substack and free speech:
Time really will tell. I pray that Substack doesn't impose speech fascism. I came here because I needed a public home for my artwork, and because I'm pro-free speech/anti-censorship.
I'm still feeling my way around. I've found great people, and a number of very unhinged people (and you can't simply 'block' as on social media, so it's tricky). Otherwise, I see the entire political spectrum. I haven't seen too many 'spiritual community'-type or Integrative-health Substacks. Have you?
Agree: I'm also amazed by how much amazing new information pours into the health space daily!
I learned about spinning from a Rosicrucian text about increasing your oracular ability. Yep. Pineal gland.
do you believe in viruses?
It doesn't matter what I believe about viruses in general. What matters is what treats covid and long covid, because whatever they are, they kill.
