The power of spinning
and getting just a little bit dizzy, to change your mood and help manage nerve pain
In these strange times it is all too easy to get overwhelmed, and even depressed. There is currently little joy and optimism in the world around us, so we have to become that island of calm. And it is surprisingly easy to do. We can spin. It’s only a temporary fix - a few days maybe - but so quick and easy that we can forgive its impermanence.
When we spin we get dizzy and that is because there is water sloshing around in our pineal gland - hopefully.
Mood Management
Our pineal gland is responsible for our visual imagination, our dreams, our spiritual connections and our moods. When we stimulate it, through meditation or through spinning (which is much quicker and easier) it gets thoroughly recharged and energised and produces lots of nice happy drugs that change even the darkest mood into a happy mood.
Don't believe me? Well spin as many times as you can one way, arms out at a 45 degree angle, without risking falling over, then do the same the other way. I can only spin 3 times each way before I get dizzy, so it doesn't take long. When you walk away you will forget all about it - "Well that was a waste of time" you will say. So before you do it, put a note in your diary or on your toilet door or anywhere else you will see it in a few hours asking the question "Has my mood improved?" It will have. Then post another note anywhere that you will see it regularly with the word Spin on it, because you WILL forget to do it.
Next time you read or see something sordid that turns your stomach, spin. Next time you are angry, spin. Next time you are afraid, spin. Next time you are depressed, spin. Next time you are in despair, spin.
BUT. If you do not dream, if you cannot visualise, if spinning does not make you dizzy, if you feel disconnected from source, then it is possible that your pineal gland has calcified, courtesy fluoride in our water supply. You will need to detox the calcification so that your pineal becomes functional again.

Nerve Pain Management
And as an aside but an important one, you can use this same technique to relieve serious nerve pain. I discovered it when I was dancing around the floor with the most serious pain I have experienced, trigeminal neuralgia. I was able to stop the neuralgia by spinning and increase the time between attacks. I only did it for a few days and the neuralgia went away completely - who knows why, but the spinning made life bearable when I had it. I have not had the same success with pain elsewhere in my body, but it is always worth trying.

I learned about spinning from a Rosicrucian text about increasing your oracular ability. Yep. Pineal gland.
