A recent course included the following suggestion: are you willing to trust-fall into the Universe? Your nice essay looks at that well. I too struggle sometimes to do the things I know assist me to live a life with expansive freedom.

I also addressed the question of 'waking up the normies,' that began as a reply to (the almost red-pilled) Steve Kirsch, who asked paraphrased, 'How do you wake people up, because I have had zero success?' You may find my answer interesting and extends your good take on this deep question. If curious, see https://gduperreault.substack.com/p/thoughts-covid-reset-yogic-and-uncategorised/comments.

Like you, I have made huge positive changes in my life with some simple practices, that the people around me haven't tried. Some of that can be attributed to what Jung has said is the human animal's most dominant characteristic: torpor. The complete lack of initiative to change. I've described it this way: most humans, if they are faced with a choice to change their life or die, will choose death. The examples are legion. That leaves unaddressed why torpidity is rampant!

Now to look at your vagus nerve exercise.

It is too easy to be negatively judgemental of the "normies" of all kinds and through all generations, those that you and Jung (I presume) call torpid. But the human condition is close to intolerable for huge numbers of the human race, and we cannot judge them for where they choose to place their minds to find some kind of respite, albeit fantastical.

My condition has become sufficiently intolerable that I question the point in "challenging" myself to "change" any more. Of course, I am still doing it but not for any high and mighty purpose, just because I am totally bloody minded and won't become victim to these genocidal maniacs. I am alive because I won't let the bastards kill me, not because I want to achieve some enlightened or transcendent state. That determination to stay alive is not a nice or a good trait. I seem to be "protected" for some unknown reason and I have no idea where where my determination (and sometimes my good judgement) comes from, but while it is still there, I wake up to another day, and say thank you for the parking spots that are just there when I need them.

But I won't judge others for not having my bloody mindedness. It's not a nice trait.

Jewish messianism has been spreading its poisonous message among us for nearly two thousand years. Democratic and communist universalisms are more recent, but they have only strengthened the old Jewish narrative. These are the same ideals . . .

The transnational, transracial, transcultural ideals that these ideologies preach to us (beyond peoples, races, cultures) and are the daily diet in our schools, in our media, in our pop culture, in our universities and on our streets, have reduced our biosymbolic identity and ethnic pride to their minimal expression.

Jewish bankers flooded Europe with Muslims and America with garbage from the Third World. Banishment as a punishment for those who preach rebellion should be reintroduced within the legal framework of the West. Judaism, Christianity and Islam are death cults that originated in the Middle East and are completely alien to Europe and its peoples.

Sometimes one wonders why the European left gets along so well with Muslims. Why does an often openly anti-religious movement side with a fierce religiosity that seems to oppose almost everything the left always claims to stand for? Part of the explanation lies in the fact that Islam and Marxism share a common ideological root: Judaism.

No country is running its own race in this invasion because it is all a political agenda led by the United Nations and pushed by the Jews and their puppets (politicians). Most people simply don't want to know or understand that this is a political agenda. However, some manage to understand that politicians are deliberately working to import Muslims and replace the people, but that's about it, they are like a computer that can't go on because the program doesn't allow it.

Don Rumsfeld was right to say, "Europe has shifted on its axis," the wrong side has won World War II, and it is becoming clearer by the day . . . What has NATO done to defend Europe? Absolutely nothing . . . My enemies are not in Moscow, Damascus, Tehran, Riyadh or some ethereal Germanic bogeyman, but in Washington, Brussels and Tel Aviv.

I agree. The challenge of language is to describe what is without judgment. I will assess my words to see if I was expressing judgment accidentally, coming from a deep place. I am certainly working on compassion and so thank you for your feedback.

Is it okay for us to judge the orchestrators of this as 'genocidal maniacs'? Is that a judgment? Are they simply very broken normies? Is the phrase 'normie' itself a judgment from the better than normies?

Language is fascinating! Our use of it fascinating.

Again, thank you for your comment. I will consider whether or not I have the compassion I would like to have. Tereza Coraggio here in the stack in a post asks if we can forgive Hitler. That is a great question.

Ego mind is essentially functional, that is, oriented to effectively and efficiently establishing routines supporting survival. It is aversive to events that destabilize or bring this stasis into challenge. It is the nature of mind to construct aversions and attractions as inner architecture to maximize comfort. Comfort being defined as absence of distress. It is distressing in a highly cooperative society to discover one's expectations about others' behavior is false. Non-psychopathic people cannot believe there are psychopaths because their minds, which they perceive as themselves, do not function that way. Just like they cannot breathe underwater; until they see a fish do it, they deny such a thing could be real. This state of confusion is enhanced by adding the confusions one on top of the other, as our official psyops warriors know, and create. So, men are women, climate crisis, Russia, sexuality is "non-binary," covid is natural, everything is racism, everyone is racist and needs purification, and on and on. It is observed that this destabilization makes the individual susceptible to manipulation and (s)he therefore flees into the official narrative. It offers rescue from mental anxiety. Perhaps those who have worked with negative mental states are not susceptible. Mid conditions us to be asleep to escape the anxiety of a life we cannot control. Not so many wish to awake. A drug addiction, tragedy, and the unusual are all gifts, it seems to me, because they start the path of awakening. Like all Seducers, like Lucifer, the trick is to use human mental vulnerability to generate illusion. We are all pretty good at generating illusion.

At the same time, there are shifts in cycles too big for us to see. Certain cycles of time may support the emergence of more growth hierarchy outliers. There may be waves of human development that "graduate" many more humans than in less developed times. The upswing into more evolved personal and collectives scenarios involves varying degrees of chaos. The Vedic writings describe infinite cycles of human and planetary development from seconds to billions of years. The writings of Beck/Graves/Spiral Dynamics, Ken Wilber and others refer to more personal cycles of human development. Indigenous oral traditions reference these cycles. It seems that the teachings of cosmic level narratives are better perceived from a great distance. Normies might feel they have too much to lose to buck conventional authority or even dream of it, so tend to punish those advanced in visionary pursuits that present possibilities for true integrative evolution.

Yeah, shallow new ageism is just as duh as scientism or other cultic sleepwalk. Ken W guesstimated that only about 5 percent is necc for there to be a true forward wave. Sri Yukteswar in Spiritual Science wrote that we are already on the upswing... Previous yoga writers got the math on the Kali Yuga wrong, and we are past that. So to celebrate leaving an old mantra behind I started a sourdough starter and will focus on some breadmaking instead of that mantra that never seemed to ground me but twisted my guts instead. Slow learner. Turns out the ecstatic saintly lady guru and her handler started defining ahimsa on her website as telling all folks to get the jabs because according to them this is the prevailing standard for the common good. Better to turn the anger into creative kneading.

Agreed. It is the "awake and aware" who dislike me most, and maybe that is because I do not affirm their shallow new-ageism. I doubt they have ever heard of these longer cycles.

Love this! I grew up in my safe narrative in Southern Illinois. I came to Texas for Chiropractic college and over the years explored, ascribed to, and tested bits and pieces of other narratives. Your article makes so much sense. Somehow I always felt a bit guilty going outside of that initial narrative bubble. Visiting back in my hometown is almost other worldly, and I’m ready to leave in three days.

I am interested in your vagus nerve exercises- could you share?

I appreciate this article. Thank you.

Feet on fire might also be a reaction to histamines. But if it is neuropathy, the link below is the one I used last night.

I am getting organised to start posting this little hacks as separate posts on Substack so I have a library of them.

Jimmy Yen has lots of good exercises, but he has not mastered the technology, so it is hard to find quality versions. It is the first short section of this video, although the rest is probably worthwhile to understand the problem.

Thanks! Yes, it's P.N. - have had it for many years, related to nerve damage from an auto accident. Haven't found anything that would get rid of it (yet). Hopefully this will at least knock it back a bit. Will check the video out.

Perhaps homeopathy might help. I know two allopathic doctors who recently, in dire straits, decided to see a homeopath, and it worked. One suffered from untreatable general pruritus after the jab, the other has troublesome Achilles tendons.

Ok, will do. I have a homeopathic kit of my own, but it is out of date and the pillules are doubtless past their use by date. Time to update, thankyou, although I doubt that any homeopath is on top of long covid yet, which in my opinions is damage to the body electrical system, not challenge to the immune system. I did try to look up remedies for the vagus nerve, and there was only one, from India, which was made from scrunched up vagus nerves - I have never liked that aspect of homeopathy. I will look again.

For some, long covid may be the affect of venom peptides occupying the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. The interesting chiropractor with an expansive curiosity and dedication to detailed research, has had great success treating the symptoms of long covid with nicotine. Why?

Watch: https://rumble.com/v26g9jm-stew-peters-presents-covenom-series-vol.-1.html

Below is a long summary of the role envenomation may have as at least a part of the covid narrative, and perhaps a significant part. It comes from a comment I made. I will soon turn it into stack post.

I've begun to seriously explore the role of venom (snake or otherwise) as one of the contributing factors. Dr. Bryan Ardis discusses these clearly in two places, and notes that in early 2020 he and French researchers noticed that smokers where only 5% of the hospitalised covid patients. For a respiratory disease this makes no sense. With some research the symptoms of covid, or at least the significant ones, seem to be associated with envenomation, which includes the venom attaching to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. That attachment suppresses breathing and reduces heart function. He notes that the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors most aggressively attach to nicotine, secondarily attach to ivermectin and thirdly the venom. So, with nicotine or ivermectin present, the receptors drop the venom and respiratory health recovers quickly. Anecdotally it took him two months to convince his wife, who was suffering from long term covid, to try nicotine gum. When she did nearly immediate relief, less than an hour. Anecdotally he knows doctors who saw their oxygen levels, that had been stuck at 92 for months, quickly rise up to 100, often within a day, after starting nicotine.

Ardis points out that snake venom is used to cleave genes in gene splicing, and snake venom peptides, natural or synthetic, may be present in the virus as well as in the injection. He also suggests that it may have been added in drinking water. That is an interesting theory, which aligns with Dr. Yeadon's observation that the infections in Lomardy and in counties in the USA didn't follow pattern associated with aerial transmission. Instead they followed bounded administrative areas. Yeadon suggests that it was infection by medical intervention. And that may be true as to water envenomation.

Possible? Out there? In the documentary 'CoVenum19' Jonathon Otto and he discuss the congressional report from 1975(?) on how the CIA, looked for a way to hurt/kill people invisibly. Two things came forward at the time, both involving envenomation. The heart attack gun, that injects a venom laced ice dart that creates heart attack with just a small red mark on the body that is hard to detect even if you looked for it. And an experiment in which the CIA experimented with envenomating drinking water by secretly poisoning the employees at the FBI building. Both were successful. The last one included a list or what is required to successfully envenomate the building, which included knowing the level of chlorine in the water. Chlorine neutralises venom. Now isn't that interesting, given that hydroxychloroquine contains chlorine, and that many cite hydrogen chloride as an effective treatment for covid.

To me a kind of proof that there may be venom or venom peptides in the infection and injection is what action the WHO and governments took after they disclosed the efficacy of nicotine in the treatment and likely prophylactic benefits of it. They health officials absolutely lied and said that people who are smokers are 95% of the hospitalised and to stop smoking asap. Recently Biden passed a bill demanding cigarette manufacturers lesson/remove nicotine from tobacco products. Australia recently announced the cessation of legally importing liquid nicotine for creating nicotine products, such as gum and vapes. NZ, GB and Canada all announced strong stop smoking campaigns. In the middle of the covid pandemic.

So... Is snake venom 'real'? I have concluded that it is a considerable part of the problem. It explains a lot of the symptoms, and the peculiarities of spread by administrative boundary that Yeadon discusses. The CIA has a history of developing envenomation as a great secret way of hurting/killing people. Water systems are easily tampered with under the guise of inspections and maintenance. The already have a process of injecting poisons in the water systems called chlorine and sodium fluoride. And is it that much crazier than the chemtrails being used to manipulate weather and/or spread poison? In the documentary series, 'Propaganda Exposed Uncensored', a congressional hearing has the military documents showing that they now have control of the weather. (Anecdotally a woman here in Oaxaca commented that after seeing the criss cross of chemtrails many of her friends became ill and she noticed a large number of dead birds and cats on the roads.)

I suspect that this as part of the injection that has an elaborate mix of deliberate dosage manipulation, including placebos, ingredient manipulation from nano-stuff, to various adjuvants, poor quality, and the deliberate use of PEG as an inflammatory ingredient.

Power Immunity is a homeo combo remedy widely available/Amazon? that many are taking to push out covid effects and also to protect against bio pathogen weirdness. It is also available thru certain Telegram channels. I have homeo rems from 1975 that still work. Knew a master pioneer homeopath MD in 1978, Dr Ruth Rogers from Daytona Beach, a grande dame who had remedies from Switzerland; she said they would last indefinitely if made and stored properly. If you have indigestion or a hangover type sitn, it may be worth giving Nux Vomica in your kit a try; reversal of symptoms can be very quick indicator of your kit still working. There are historically different ways to manufacture these remedies... Any vintage book on their history since the 1700s should give some explanation on this. Frequency memory captured in the liquid poured on the tablets may have a much greater shelf life than manufacturers in various countries are currently allowed to claim.
